I totally disagree with hating on Snoopeh for anything that game. That game was out of his hands. FB advantage in those level 2-3 tower dive fights is just so strong. Not hating on Snoopeh? It's just not his type of jungler. Vi fails on him just like how Vi would fail on TOO. They're supporting junglers, not carrying junglers. And this is just one game in a long drawn out tournament, it's not do-or-die, why shouldn't they try something different? It's well known most teams don't try hard in scrims, so running it in a tournament is much more valuable for them.
They can try anything they like, I don't tell them what to play or not to play. I simply observe how teams win, and what a major factors in them winning. EG's best chance to win happens when Snoopeh plays CC heavy, easy kill gankers who can provide good utility in team fights with low farm. He quite often has very few kills, and there are junglers who are simply less effective with low farm and low kills.

I'm a huge EG fanboy but pretty realistic when i comes to bad plays, and no doubt that Diamond's kill after chasing Snoopeh through half their own jungle was the worst play of the game ( besides wickd's lvl 1 solo facecheck) and Gosu didn't recall and buy anything so first blood was irrelevant.
Krepo really comes off as a douche right now on twitter, 2 tweets dedicated to that terrible lvl 1 facecheck and indirectly pointing fingers at Wickd, obviously it was terrible but blaming teammates in public is never good imo.

Meh he needs to be pretty immature to get his knickers in a twist over one loss. The LCS is a marathon not a race, all the teams will take a loss or two.

Holy shit at Wolves' teamfight at dragon, triple for Varus and double for the Syndra TPing in.

aAa pretty clearly didn't factor in the Syndra TP there.

I'm sure EG knows that's their (current) best chance at winning, but if other teams figure that out and exploit it in more important games then they'd lose just as badly as this one, and it would actualy matter. So it's better for them to try new things when the match is relatively insignificant, but still significant enough that the other team doesn't throw it and EG can learn from their mistakes.
And I wasn't replying to you in particular, it's just most of the posts seem to bash EG hard for losing that game as if their playoff chances depended on it, or that their entire team (minus froggen) was suddenly shit tier.

Dayum, Syndra outplaying Ori in the jungle. Was that pretty much a 1v2 since she got a kill on MF too.

On the other hand its kind of good for the viewers, because it means teams are taking every game very serious. And I like that there is so much communication from EG towards the fans and emotion being conveyed.

Haha, ShLaYa trying the curly mustasch!

I think they're just a little heated and immediately talking about it isn't helping any. They need to go back and re-watch the game with clear heads. You can't blame your entire game on a level 1, just like you can't blame it on being purple side.
I mean, I like Krepo and enjoy his stream but he does get a little testy sometimes in the middle of things not going well.

looks like the wolves will get their first win, aAa not impressive in this game
