What is GGU's roster today I've given up on following their roster it changes every time you look away from them.

The penetration mechanics change s3 really helped him though.

By the way, I don't understand the purpose of this interlude Probably to just fill up the air time. They seem to have quick turn around times for the matches so I don't think they are doing it for setup time.

He's had buffs since release, and obviously other champs have gotten changed as well, along with item changes. Most notably would be the penetration changes, which are ridiculously good for Xerath maxing W 2nd. Getting more than a void staff worth of %pen for free is a big deal, and means that with sorc shoes+haunting guise he is dealing true damage or damn near it to pretty much everyone.

I guess will all the free flat MS from his passive it ends up being an MS boots + cdr + tenacity + a minor amount of AD. Seems worth it.

It was always that the way you needed to play him made him impractical, at least thats what the anti-Xeraths on TL always said. Realistically, what happened was he got a tiny damage boost that encouraged people to actually bother trying to learn him. Go back and watch Chauster play him about a year ago and tell me he was shit then.
