'Cause if it's already something like, "Top seed from Pool A faces M5, second seed faces SK", you could definitely see a scenario where the final game in a pool is between two teams that are both 2-0, and both want to lose. (Just using SK and M5 as examples; I don't mean to imply that one is better than the other necessarily.) Has Riot done anything to address this possibility? I believe it's randomly drawn

(Just using SK and M5 as examples; I don't mean to imply that one is better than the other necessarily.) Has Riot done anything to address this possibility? I believe they're doing another drawing (maybe on stage, maybe backstage) to determine who will be facing each other in the single elim bracket. I think the teams will just need to get out of the group stage and 1st/2nd place won't matter. It could set up some meaningless games though and we all know how much everyone hates formats that set up those kind of games. I hate seeing superior teams getting knocked out early in a tournament by weaker teams as much as the next guy, but I don't think any of those teams are significantly inferior/superior.

Or maybe better yet, let the top teams from group play choose their opponent from the seeded teams! That'd be cool, too. And eliminate the chance of meaningless games.

FML I'm gonna watch the Chinese cast, since they have DC on the casting team (ex-Coach of the EHOME DotA team, and one of the most experienced DotA casters ever). Even if he knows nothing about competitive LoL, there's still a 99% chance of his commentary being better than Rivington's, lol.

I'd love if they would just stop hosting events at "shit for Europe" o'clock. Even just 5pm PDT would be a decent compromise for us and would still be a viewable time for all of America and for Koreans (8am) and I guess other East Asians. Would reducing the amount of European viewers massively really be worth the small boost of American viewers? I guess the people there might enjoy it more in the evening but meh. The rest of the event is at good times so good job with that.
