I only support CLG because I like JiJI/Chauster/Doublelift. I don't really have any attachment to Hotshott or Dyrus. Same way I like Curse because of SV and Jackey or TSM's TOO and Regi.

Pretty much this. Dyrus is a polarizing figure. People have made up their minds about him months ago, if not years.
And for the record, he is one of the best Top NA (top 3 for sure). I can respect him as a player but dislike him for who he is.

Eh...I really do not understand why people really love the personalities of TSM and Curse, most of them come off as massive assholes when watching their streams. And honestly, Dyrus is the worst out of all of TSM whenever I watched him. He often criticizes others for sucking and he will often not give a damn and laugh when he dies and screws his team over.
After Dreamhack, I lost respect for him.
Bleh...now that I think about it, I really miss Dan Dihn.

liftlift carry. 2-0 clg (unless Dig pulls out some crazy strats and takes CLG by surprise)

Do people dislike him because he ran past their outer tower to farm minions/steal their jungle too much? "HES SO ARROGANT AND I HATE HIS PILLOW" Your last 5 posts make me think Dyrus is your idol.

Don't make this into CLG vs TSM, zzz. That's not even close to what we're talking about here.
Edit: HazMat #1 hue

Ok, fuk this wait, I am going back to sleep. Its 4AM for me already. Have fun in the 2nd semi-final guys. 2-1 for CLG is my prediction.

Probably the only exception I've seen across Korea, NA, and EU is Damien. Well, I think it's collectively accepted that Top is the hardest lane in the game. Champ pool and situations to consider are immense. Even Damien has his derp moments. But that has absolutely nothing to do with play outside of lane which is to what I'm referring. They get into team fights and just HERP DERP I'M RUMBLE FLASHING TO E SHYVANA WHO IS SPLIT FROM TEAM AND OF NO THREAT. Etc. I think the big champ pool does play a part in that. Counter-picking is enough to win a 1v1 lane without extensive practice with a champion, but it takes many more games to build up teamfight experience. For someone who's been up there at the top Elos and been playing LoL for so long, it's surprising some of the mistakes he makes sometimes. Like at the very end when he facecheck the brush near Baron where all 5 of TSM was waiting. How do you even do that?
I'm going to say this is solo queue behavior. Westrice doesn't seem to play as if he's on a team. Might also be a problem with people who play top lane in general.

My bad guys. I don't care either way.

I'm glad TSM was able to beat Curse and hope they get to go up against CLG in the finals. Hype, hype! I'haven't liked them ever since they've picked up Dyrus (I hate Dyrus) How is it possible to hate Dyrus? I can understand not carrying for him as a player/personality, but I don't think that fluffy guy Dyrus has every done anything to warrant hatred towards him. He's a pretty down-to-earth, soft spoken guy. Deep down he's a massive asshole - that's actually what he first got famous for, trolling everybody 24/7 (If you've watched his stream for long enough you know) and his troll/always sleepy persona was funny at the beginning but now he's just exaggerating it so hard it's not even funny. I don't know, some people just put me off. When I see him carrying his pillow around everywhere I actually get angry. Sounds like he is really under your skin. Haha wow. I have a problem with people that actually are really narcisstic and kinda are assholes, but always put up a persona in general. I don't like Day9 either. Try being in the spotlight of 100k people consistently day by day and NOT putting up a persona keeping in mind your popularity is directly proportional to their income... Most other people in the spotlight do fine, it's just a few that exaggerate so hard that it becomes off-putting
Like who? The more popular streamers are the ones who do their acting as well as their playing. Oddone is even worse than dyrus. Saint has a personality as well. The guys with no persona get no viewers. Froggen trolls with random ass item builds on anivia and if he wasn't so damn good you'd all hating him for trolling.
It makes me sad to see all the hate around here though. I Guess with great fans come great haters lol. I'm not even fans of these guys but they're hard working sucessful guys and if dyrus does something bad and makes an apology well a public apology takes a lot of guts to do IMO. I think they deserve some respect.

Anyways Dyrus fans have it easy in terms of community hate compared to Saint fanboys like me haha.

for the record, if it does end up being clg vs tsm (which i expect it will, but we'll see), then i'll be rooting for clg

Who's an asshole on Curse? For the most part they all seem really nice. Saintvicious is probably the only outspoken one.

That's why you need to be a oddone fan. You can hate on his jungle at time but can't hate on his wc3 skillz.
|
if i can pile on some more hate, dyrus is the worst (after regi)

Lol Dyrus is like the only guy out of TSM I like. Well and Chaox is ok too. Oh and Xpecial of course.
Actually I only dislike Reginald and Oddone.
Dyrus is like a totally nice guy. its beyond me how anybody could hate him. And I am not a fan of him whatsoever.

I'm a pretty big TSM fanboy, but I'm also a huge CLG.NA fanboy. Woe is me.
