I feel like every prominent top laner (pros) is inferior to their counterparts in other lanes/jungles. The more I've been watching top laners in team fights, the more it seems like they're a step behind everyone else. I don't know if it's just because they spend most of their time AFK in top lane not in team fights, it's the type of person in the lane, or it's just coincidence.
Probably the only exception I've seen across Korea, NA, and EU is Damien.

It annoys me extra because I use a vertically oriented pillow in my lap as a headrest a lot of the time I'm using my PC or playing, but now it's forever associated with him.

Dyrus seems like an attention whore to me, but I can't say I dislike him cause I don't really know him personally. And I respect him cause he has such a huge champ pool.

Well, I think it's collectively accepted that Top is the hardest lane in the game. Champ pool and situations to consider are immense.
Even Damien has his derp moments.

Idk dyrus steps up and carries tsm hard at times. But yeah most top laners that i have seen don't seem to be quite as good as the rest of their team.

I have a problem with people that actually are really narcisstic and kinda are assholes, but always put up a persona in general. I don't like Day9 either.

Really surprised at the Dyrus hate. When I watch his stream/listen to TSM scrims, he comes off as one of the more humble people in LoL. He'll recognize and acknowledge when he screws things up, which is more than what most pro players are capable of doing....
Do people dislike him because he ran past their outer tower to farm minions/steal their jungle too much?

I think Dyrus is an amazing top laner because his huge champ pool gives his team so many strategic choices. And not only can they have a ton of different team comps, the other team usually spends 2 bans just for him.

His broadcast personality is kinda faked you do realise right? He's long been known as a massive jerk and troll.
Westrice... has serious decision making issues. Like getting caught outside of lane. That's just basic game sense and he derps so hard. It really hold Curse back a lot. Westrice is fine on Vlad since he's a walking Ult. But outside of that, his decision making means Curse is often struggling to carry him rather than him carrying his fair share. I don't think he won lane at all against TSM. Think he also lost lane to Wingsofdeath too in Round 1.

Try being in the spotlight of 100k people consistently day by day and NOT putting up a persona keeping in mind your popularity is directly proportional to their income...
Being a troll doesn't make you a jerk. He probably got sucked in to the toxic nature of solo q and got really angry. Most people I see in leave get super mad as well so I don't see why you criticise him.
