I will never understand why anybody would build HoG on Nunu. He doesn't benefit much from HP, Kage's increases his sustain, and why build Randuin's when you're already getting FH and can ice ball / ulti for slow anyways? He built HoG for two reasons, first cause it's a gold generating item and second cause when you are in lane versus true damage only flat hp helps you survive. Kage's doesn't upgrade to something useful cause DFG without mpen or additional AP is weak.Randuins is not that great and that's why he is leaving it for last. It still provides a bunch of stats, it can aoe slow and it scales with the more armor you have. | ||

Kage makes your consumer stronger and much more stat efficient compared to HoG. If you need more HP, consume more things. You don't need the DFG. You could even skip Kage if you want and go straight for the Athenes. | ||
