I think it might be a bit different, especially if you're a Riot employee, but I mean....if you're commentating a game and you keep saying "well they still have a chance".....I don't know. It never flies as a genuine comment anyway, so why say it?
True that. I'm tempted to say that part of it is because a lot of LoL Casters still aren't very mature. Compared to people like Tastosis or Day[9] who have been doing this sort of stuff for years, a lot of these casters are still relatively fresh,

Just go through the solo queue ladder and try people out or something ...
It really is. I believe IGN put out open request for casters (before LoL was at any IPLs and Killing Sprees)
if people would actually start recording replays and upload them with the right tags and description it would be a huge help for any caster trying to get into league of legends.
when the community brings the replays the casters will naturally come. there just needs to be enough content that's worth being casted.
Yeah because as you know we've never seen any comebacks in this tournament. I mean come on Casters take sides and just say X team is going to be defeated only to have the same people who complain about not taking sides making a badcall when they do make that comeback.
I'd love to find new shiny casters of a higher calibre then the current ones but does anyone actually have any suggestions other then "some guys"? Sides the casting has not been that bad. Not great but not mute the stream and cry in a corner like alot of people make out.
Travis: Your brother about to face CLG. Any emotions? Dan Dihn: Well, he's my brother. It's my duty to root for him. He's my bloodline. Travis: Do you think CLG can beat TSM? Dan Dihn: I feel like if CLG is in their element they will definitely win. But then TSM definitely can win. They have that extra buffer of the extra set. Both teams have a really good chance, anything can happen Travis: TSM recently got that extra help from what people call the manager or coach. Dan Dihn: It's more like a manager/coach. Travis: Yeah. Do you think it's been good for them? Dan Dihn: He's been like a a life coach. The players know how to play the game and that's what they do but there are other things they are bad at like eating habits. Travis: Do you think he has been a huge contribution? Dan Dihn: Definitely. Any time you eat healthier and eat healthier, it affects you physically and mentally.
Travis: How have you found the tournament so far to be? Dan Dihn: I think it's been great. The crowd has great energy, it's a great location. It really mixes together.
Travis: Let's say TSM does win. What are you going to do? Dan Dihn: We're going to drop 5000 on Black. (Chiharu: Blackjack. Gambling in Vegas basically.) He was like: "If I do that, it feels like I just won Hannover." *crowd laughs*
Travis: You want to mention anything about Solomid and the stuff you do? Dan Dihn: Yeah, we manage Team Solomid, Solomid.net. You can learn more about the players playing on TSM and read guide written by the pros. Travis: You're on 4Not. Do you have any plans other than playing on the team? Dan Dihn: I still feel attached to the game. You walk away from it for a while and then you want to play the game again. I told them I was going to be a lot less avaliable and then they can try me see how it works and can kick me any time. Travis: Dan Dihn: Shoutouts to CLG and TSM. They're doing so good this tournament. Shoutout to the fans here and online. And shoutout to Mama who I know is watching right now.

Single elimination, maybe. But think of it this way: would it be fair for CLG to be able to lose a set and still win the finals, where as TSM can't lose a set at this point for the same result?

single elimination, like offline sports have.
By the way this system is even for both teams as well. As soon as both teams have lost 1 set (TSM loses first bo3) they will be even. Just like it should be.
