In all honesty, why do the teams in LoL break out comps like this in major tournaments? I mean, this has definitely never been practiced. Is it just like LoL cheese? You just hope at being so unusual and atypical that the other team botches it by not knowing what to do? So many times you see teams just doing silly comps or doing things like "stealing" top picks of the other team even when they don't play them (like people trying to first pick steal Nidalee from CLG). Seems so weird with money on the line to do something as bold as 3 AP, but we'll see after this.

Unless Regi plays bad LB is going to shit on Vladimir hard.

Won't they want to use leblanc against Karth though?

I think EG is just trying to have fun now. They're all playing their favorite champions.

Yeah, that makes sense. I'm stupid, my bad. Although Karthus will probably duo lane, heimer and vlad solo.

Not been following the scene all to much for a while: since when has Lee Sin fallen out of favor? I mean he got hit a little in the Xerath Patch but still a bit surprised he wasn't picked/banned once. Would have seemed like a much stronger pick than Riven in round two of today's final to me, both for laning and Karthus/Yorick Ult managing (if admittedly a bit worse at dealing with Vayne in team fights).

He's still popular in Europe, at least he was on Shyvana patch. The only NA jungler who really plays lee sin is SaintVicious I think. The other ones just play other things and never really learned lee sin I think.

Loser picks sides and teams prefer Blue side.

Maokai gank and LB picks up FB on Heimer.

Dan blows both summoners, dies anyway, and now will die any time OddOne feels like ganking.

From what I've seen, Dan and OddOne are pretty bad at Lee Sin.

I REALLY like this dual-lane top when Purple. It puts so much pressure on the enemy blue. In the last two games, EG just cannot secure their golem buff because of how easily TSM can bring 3-4 people there.

If you told me two hours ago i'd see solo bot lane, duo top lane, and Heimerdinger vs LeBlanc in mid, I'd have called you a fucking liar.

Now it's happening. MLG!

I don't watch OddOne stream but every time he breaks it out in tourneys he does pretty bad at LS. Same for Dan. Both of them might do awesome with him in solo queue but every tournament I've seen EG or TSM use LS they usually don't get much out of him.
