After Dreamhack there was a huge surge in the number of games where Gragas was picked/banned. After Dignitas beat CLG in the IEM NY Qualifier, there was a huge surge in "non-standard" supports picked, such as GP, Blitz, and Malphite. I would imagine that you won't see much difference in the ladder after this tournament, since there wasn't anything earth shattering. Yes, Reginald owned with leblanc, and TheOddone did well with Maokai jungle, so you might see a slight increase there but I doubt anything of real significance since those two are already seen a fair amount on the ladder. | ||

The one thing I don't understand is why Epik banned Trist all 3 games against TSM. Chaox's Trist IS beastly but he's pretty good with other ADs too. The only game where that kinda made sense was when they played Kennen 'cause buster shot is great against Kennen's ult. But was trist really their best ban in the other two games? | ||

Game 1 of grand finals(game 4 of extended series) they banned Soraka and didn't pick Karthus. To me it feels like there's more a correlation to 'hey we let Nhat have Soraka the first time we played EG, and we lost, and decided that we wanted to ban it from then on.' | ||
