We just pushed a change to live where Heartseeker Strike's scaling damage was changed to 24/28/32/36/40%. This will not show up in the tooltip until next patch. We are going to re-evaluate Pantheon's balance for next patch, also. EDIT: It looks like I was mistaken - the hotfix has not gone out yet, but will be going out soon. | ||
