This was sent to me from an employee about the LotV Beta: "It was turned on by mistake which means people got it, then turned off which means it was revoked. When it gets turned on at the time it is intended to; they should have access again." So basically since Blizzard made a mistake everyone who had an email and put into LotV have had the keys removed from the battle.net account(s) they have.
