And although dynamic queue helped with #1, I think intentional feeding was already on the way out well before dynamic queue. Intentional feeding is obviously way harder to deal with than verbal toxicity, simply because you really can't ever ban someone who's just having a bad game, but the number of "mobility boots Rammus with 6 Zeals" has declined dramatically even before dynamic queue.

The #2 priority should have been champ select trolls, who actually fed into #1. IMO both those were "solved" in as much as they were, by dynamic queue. Its just not the way I would have solved them, as IMO they make the competitive side of playing less interesting to me. But also, I would have liked them to return to ELO, and to publish the ELO of all 30 million or whatever players every week, so who am I? I think the Lyte system, at its infancy, actually made both my top priorities worse, because people would do #1, and #2 to bait out the language and get people banned. However, if you like dynamic, your Lol-life is probably improved now. People who want to troll will still do it. I had a f/smite teemo adc(he wanted A. to jungle, and B. for somebody else to eat a dodge for him since he didn't get it) who raged at people so hard in champ select that he got the other 4 to open mid once the game started because nobody was willing to dodge for the little shit, and just wanted to report the fucker. It's an impossible problem to solve, but I think lyte did try his best to try and mitigate the effects. I do agree with the philosophy of trying to reduce toxicity through Reformation, but ultimately its not a solvable problem. Lyte just had the unfortunate position of eating all the abuse for trying to solve the problem. I know one person who has the skill to be masters(he actually did get masters while chat restricted), but is so horrifically toxic to his teammates that he can incite 4 other people to feed/afk just so he will lose despite often getting ridiculously fed. Hes gotten 3-4 accounts permabanned and several more chat restricted. How many more games do you think you'd lose if after the malphite gets fb'd top from a gank that he gets called a "boosted autistic chimp". That's just for one death. It goes on and on. Lyte might have eaten all of the abuse, and eventually bowed out, but I don't think he was wrong.

It is such a trash win-more item. Any fight where ayou are getting 6 free autos off is kind of a win anyway; either you're an ADC that isn't being touched and is dishing out 1k damage per auto, meaning you have already carried the fight, or you are a melee champion that just tore a whole through a CC'd backline, meaning you won the fight. I think you'd be much better off just building something else that gives you more threat through those first 6 auto's. Unless you are like Kayle / Jax, I just dont think it is good.

Because you don't do 1k damage/auto at 1 to 2 item timings and many champions have abilities which synergize to make them very powerful with such "win more" items. The same reason Ezreal doesn't build IE/PD Edit: in order to average 1k per auto you need 450 AD at 80% IE crit. So even then it's pretty difficult. I also think you underestimate just how much auto attacking carries can do, especially when they have to get through a front line before getting into the meat. For someone like vayne who likes all the stats and wants to go hard in AS it seems perfect really. Just so long as you buy it from lane not jungle.

Heard he's really strong but I fcked up his clear imo cause somehow I ran OOM from gromp => blue ... Also I heard he's very gank oriented but I seem pretty ult reliant when I'm ganking with him ...

Sounds real good. I can't really say re-ADC's, not sure what it does more damage on. I keep seeing junglers build that shit, and its real bad.

But ranged ADs almost definitely will unless they've lost the fight before it began. From pushing in creep waves to attacking the tank you will almost certainly get the attacks in.

Increased cost+need to stack to 6 + need 6 stacks to get the sated makes it unreasonable. On May 10 2016 14:28 KissBlade wrote: Anyone know how Hecarim clears/plays? Played him last week or something super fast clear super good. Horse burns mana fast for sure, make sure you get the mana regen jungle item, don't use W much and don't waste Q on single target if you are low mana. Maybe don't smite gromp and smite blue instead, whatever. Don't know what you mean by gank oriented, he can gank well and he can clear well. Go cinderhulk-->Trinity Gank oriented usually means poor scaling when not fed or poor farming so they rely on ganking to win, e.g shaco lee sin horse doesn't have either of those problems although maybe when underfarmed he's weak because he tends to want to engage, but you can just play a bit more passively. You can get fed without ganking much anyway, just farm the jungle.

So IE and Rageblade are both 3600, I have no idea what second item you would go after rageblade on an ADC so IE+ Hurricane vs rageblade whatever

Current Rageblade + Botrk + Hurricane probably only breaks even with the same build pre-patch but it's 1k more expensive, has an even worse build path and weaker 1 item power spike. Rageblade trist is pure garbage now and botrk rush might even be stronger on Kog

Though in practice I don't see where it fits in the late late game builds on champs like kindred. You need boots, blood razor , Bork, and hurricane. So ragebalde has to fight with maw, ie, and bloodthirster for those last two late game spots and it's probably worse than any of those. Blood razor? On a lane champion? Also 2.5 is the AS cap so 3 seconds to stack is more reasonable. Botrk, rageblade, hurricane seems like it would be pretty potent on vayne (in whatever order)
