Slusher United States19143 Posts May 03 2016 19:48 GMT #341 so I'm pretty sure there is a typo in case any of you are looking forward to playing Swain (not that this should deter you) it lists his E as going UP to 1.0 ratio, while it is a 1.0 ratio on live so I think it got typed in backwards because it was nerfed on the pbe
