Reginald responding to H2K scandal. I love how C9's owner replies almost instantly while adding absolutely nothing to the discussion. Honestly a bit disgusting to see such a thing. That's not to say Reginalds claims are invalid(Again all parties are prob a bit in the wrong anyway), just the whole thing stinks of scum with both of them replying at the same time.

Sven seems like the most likely one to have started the fuck up here though, so whatever.

Eh, not like I missed much from that joke of an "owner", other than the fact that there's an evil trifecta (we all know which 3 teams he's salty about) in LCS and that Badawi is super nice guy. I kind of hoped he would make an important leak on his twitter, lol.

The latter two seem plausible but I would take that near 8 million price tag for Uzi with a silo of salt RIP the KT Easyhoon dream.

Dig has filled their roster 4/5 of the way it seems, just looking for a top. And now unless H2K provides some proof it seems like they don't have a strong claim in their case.

DL, Bjerg, Svens locked, and one of Hauntzer/Zion locked as well.

Looks like everyone involved could benefit from some communication skills. And probably also someone else writing their statements, not rando twitter/reddit callouts. eSports!

I mean it's already too late for H2K. They really shouldn't have tried to fight TSM lol. It doesn't matter if they were in the right, TSMs fanbase is too big and the community loves them too much for the truth to mean anything. You can see them dismissing everything H2K says already. One single post in a reddit thread is enough for Regi.

It was just the brilliant Regi and Jack knowing that doing a quick reddit reply would instantly turn the situation in their favour which resulted in the H2K needing to throw something out there to repair the situation before the community lynches them completely. For one, if H2K's manager had communication skills good enough for the negotiations, Sven would've known what he was doing was going to get all parties into hot water. He either did and Sven fucked up, or he did not. Two, calling out Regi's actions specifically is asinine when it's clear one of Sven or Regi are missing something, especially when the initial (completely unnecessary) statement had a bunch of irrelevant shit about TSM's reputation. I don't care if you think it's deserved, if he thinks it's deserved, who thinks it's deserved. It's irrelevant, shitpost-y pot stirring. Three, all their statements conflict, implying the mediator (Riot) was *also* missing accurate details. Finally, Sven said he signed nothing, which, depending on your biases, is either patently wrong, a blatant lie, or utterly damning. If Regi, H2K's manager, Sven and Riot had communicated this all properly (preferably not out in public before anything was final, but again loleSports), no conflict would've happened. But no one involved can put half a PR statement together without a pissing match or leaving out important information. But they can't, so now we get to enjoy lengthy legal drama, all because no one involved could be patient and thorough.

Wait, if you put out PR-sanitized statements like SKT, instead of dumping things that should never be said, you will be labeled as "emotionless boring robots" by anonymous people online, hue.

Saddens me that the TSM haters came out of the woodwork and came to the conclusion that TSM is obviously in the wrong because they are the bigger organization with the "evil" Reginald at its head. That's why I always laugh when people on this website shit on Reddit, as if simply being on LL discussing a topic means you are right and smarter than the average redditor. Especially when it is established members of LL circlejerking on TSM and calling for TSM to be banned without decisive proof of misconduct. WTF? If it is truly a legal matter, the situation should resolve itself. No need to raise pitchforks and let emotions get in the way of logic. Some thoughts by an esports lawyer on the situation: https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/3sauul/tsm_and_h2k_are_in_a_contract_battlebidding_war/cwvkwt0

Also, in the hopefully-not-too-distant-future event of players unionizing, maybe owners can formally band together and hammer out some framework for stuff like this.

Everyone comes out looking a bit shit here imo. H2K for lighting the fuse and bringing it public first off instead of working behind the scenes with Riot. Regi and his chums for springing straight at Reddit for muh community support. Sven probably should have known better than to sign something and look to back out of it too, but it's hard to know how much he knew in the situation.

Pretending like prevailing mindset isn't a thing just because the active poster amount is much smaller is kind of obtuse. Both sites really obviously have their biases; Reddit's are just outspoken and much funnier to point and laugh at.
