I'm a big fan of Poohmandu's build on Bard, which is Spellthief start (double procs on meep autos) into Glory and Talisman. You catch someone with your ult and pop both speed boosts (and W a carry for added effect) and just steamroll them. Extra synergy points with Hecarim.

Something like Talisman, Glory, Frozen Heart, boots of choice (I'm actually not a huge fan of mobis because, although Bard roams alot, it's really shitty when you get clipped by a minion or a skillshot and suddenly you're slow as fuck). Rest is situational imo. Locket/Banner good if you don't mind overcapping cdr. Zzrot Banner splitpush Bard is strong.

Glory suxlol on Bard, because every jungler gets it nowdays and getting more glories in team is bad idea.
Spellthief into sightstone/mobilities/talisman/oracles and you're good to go, you have to get locket because jungler needs to get glory/thornmail/frozen heart/warmogs, then it's whatever, game usually ends.

And if your jungler is Lee Sin, Reksai, or just doesn't build it?

You can still have toplaner with rg, they like this item nowdays :p
But it's situational, talisman is still > glory by far on Bard, so it's not like you stay on coin/spellthiefs and build rg meanwhile.

I have hit my general plateau again in mid-plat (same as S3/S4). Is the push to diamond basically just grinding games out? It feels like I'm making extremely minimal gains (~10 lp or so) even with 10-15 games played daily and I'm not sure if it's me or if it's just how this bracket is supposed to feel...
