QEW is the safest Q->Smite->cougar Q-> AA on gromp then heal->spear->AA->cougar E/Q on blue
If you get counter jungled, you can usually duel them if you can get the Hunted proc on them or try to poke them out with spear/traps. You can always give up the buff and still jungle pretty quickly clearing the small camps.
Also, you want to run flat AP quints+blues. Flat AD reds also make jungling easier but some players prefer mpen

I'm a bit late on the reply, and I'm still not good at Nid clears but I think the thing that helped most was trying to maximize the number of pounces I got on hunted targets.
Oh and I do scuttle crabs since I can't do melee clears to save my life. You naturally regen some health while doing scuttle crabs and have more time to use your heal.
At raptors on your first clear it can be worth it to kill the little raptors first since they hurt more for their health. On Krugs, you can kill the small krug first too if you're not going to smite the golems on your second clear.
I do W -> Q -> E.
I prefer krugs to gromp since I spend a lot of time in ranged form where the monsters can't attack me to trigger gromp, and Nid has good early AoE damage for krugs. Also the red buff is great because I can heal off it earlier (lvl2) when my clear speed is slower and I take more damage from camps. My preferable path is Krugs -> raptors -> scuttle -> red -> wolves -> blue -> gromp -> scuttle.
I rarely ever get invaded in the jungle, and Nid's not that bad of a duelist unless you're against someone like Panth with his W, low CD Q, crit passives, and 2x auto block. Usually you can run away if you're lower on health and they won't be able to take your buff because they'll be sitting ducks for spears and will take a lot of damage from the camps. But if they invade at level 2 on your first buff camp, there's not much you can do. You can drop the trinket ward to watch for the level 2 invade but then it can't be used to watch for a level 1 invade or for a variety of other things for 2 minutes.
I also tend to get flask when I can.

Brand is squishy as heck, don't you just 100-0 him at 6 as Darius? Even if he stuns you after Apprehend, you have the W slow and the MS buff from the passive to get back in.

So, they did a bunch if Veigar buffs on PBE, like EH stopping dashes and the windup starting at the beginning rather than end of the cast animation and an increased speed on Q. Viable again?

I like a lot of the changes in this patch,

Eh, I think his new Q really sucks. Kills his all in ability and his trading ability, you need to not get creep blocked, which you just cannot really do.
I dunno, might be good depending on how the stun feels I guess. Best case scenario you're as good as old veigar maxing W, because you can only really trade with W E now. And no one maxed W because it was worse than Q max for trading by a significant margin. Ult nerfs also really hurt his rubber banding nature.
And at the end of the day, E is still worse than before.
I'm going to guess not, but I'd have to play it.

Even if he stuns you after Apprehend, you have the W slow and the MS buff from the passive to get back in. This was in a game of Dominion, so what I say might not be relevant. However, I encountered a few problems:
1) Getting in range for an apprehend is an ordeal in itself. Remember that Brand's Q and W have a range of 900, his E has a range of 625 and his ultimate has a range of 750. Apprehend only has a range of 550.
2) That Q has a two second stun if he hits you while you have Brand's passive on you. So if I use apprehend to get on him, (which I had to do) that sucker had a pretty easy time getting a stun off of me. It then becomes difficult to land a Crippling strike on him.
3) Darius has no dashes (save for his ult, but you don't always want to lead with that), so it becomes harder to dodge skill shots. Possible yes, but not as easy if I were someone like, say Riven.
4) Brand does damage. So yes when I normally get on mages I can usually kill them before they kill me, there would be cases when I get on Brand and he decides to kill me straight up. It's close mind you, and if I was further ahead I think it would be possible.
Would probably be good to get a second opinion to (in)validate my observations, because to be honest this isn't a match up I'm super well rehearsed in. That being said I'm confident in saying that the match up is in Brand's favour.
I'd really need to play the match up again though, as common as it is. Heh.

Here is the secret: anything where you ask yourself "wtf is he thinking? " the answer is there is zero thought process.
If you think about map pressure, lane dynamics, team comps. .. any of that you trying too hard at that Elo.
