I can't imagine anyone getting to the absolute top with that kind of attitude. Sometimes he duoq'ed with a teammate and basically of them or at least all of them that I have seen show the same kind of attitude. Their streams are usually at the end of their day of training. You can see this by the 10+ hour warnings when they start. They're usually just having fun, cooling off and interacting with/entertaining their fans. I wouldn't read into it too much. Yeah people need to keep in mind that this is after like 8 hours of scrims which is the actual practise. You can not be at 100% focus for 15 hours or so.

It's also just them messing around having fun. People don't get to the absolute top by wearing themselves out. Athletes don't go act like a pickup game with friends/randoms is super serious training. That's a surefire way for stress to overcome you.

Lol.
IWD is easily the worst player on TL, easily.

Xpecial wasn't playing that well towards the end of the split but yea this doesn't make much sense. Why is a player getting control of the roster in the first place? That's going backwards not forwards.

I mean, okay, Xpecial underperformed.
Who performed better than Xpecial? Right, Adrian Ma, Bunny and Aphromoo. If you can't get latter 2, there is still first one.
BUT YOU'RE GOING FOR SMOOTHIE It's like setting up for mid-tier, I can't wait for another Gleebglarbu/Nien-tier of performance.
And Dom as captain, holy shit. You know what, it reminds me of Dignitas right now, when Crumbzz was "in charge of rebuilding roster" and then got kicked like 3-4 weeks into season.

Well I'm interested in smoothie at least, he might be another sheep/noxiak whose value was inflated by being on a struggling team or he might be legitimately good. Since I don't really care for TL I guess I like this move on the basis that it's an interesting move for a potential talent.
I'm surprised that it'd be smoothie though given that Adrian is virtually guaranteed to be out of TiP by next split.

Minor consolation? Dom's stated he is likely retiring (to coach l0l) so we won't have to suffer his shotcalling anymore.
But Smoothie and Moon.
....Smoothie and Moon....

If Dom is retiring yet in charge of the roster that suggest he will become an authoritative figure in TL be it coach or something else. Feel that they need to find someone to lead the team first and foremost. Skill isn't that important currently.

Smoothie for Xpecial?
TL what you doing.

What TL should do is: getting Flaw from SBENU, Mickey from Anarchy, and then get freeze/forg1ven from eu.
What TL is doing: giving captaincy to IWD lmfoa

i don't hate dom as much as you guys. i think dom's personality is the only one on the team suitable for leadership, but he's got some dissenters
|
Does this mean EUW is even more shafted when it comes to CS slots?
|
probably not much of a difference tbh, there usually was at least one spanish team in there anyway

It's more like that finding jungler (funnily enough) is way easier in NA than searching for upgrades in top/mid/adc positions. And IWD wasn't able to even be best/remarkable/top-tier in weakest jungler pool ever probs, lol.
And considering that last time everything was dancing for Piglet's flute, I have no reason to believe that something will randomly change in TL hierarchy if he stays, especially, if they don't find some Korean coach (I'm not sure that they can find anyone in NA with their requirements, lol).
