casper was fine on skt. good at skirmishes and teamfights. guy was just caught out a bit too often but that might be due to the vision task assigned to him. haven't watched ssg closely to say much about him this season, but their botlane was a strong point. don't think he's a good shotcaller though lol

Can't start Fenix/Piglet/Wraith at the same time; all would be non-residents still. Declaring a region is strictly for those who were exempt non-residents, as that third category was abolished post-MSI.
Fenix did join TDK in September last year, but TDK did not play in the promotion tournament of that time; Fenix did not get grandfathered in. And of course Piglet joined after the policy was announced.
This is straightforward stuff that is easily found.

Spirit going to any top tier KR team is a good thing in my books. WE is just a train wreck lol, their ability to dodge relegations is hilarious but for a team with so much history it's also a stab in the gut. I say that bc I don't see any of the good CN teams picking him up, they've all got good junglers (although depending on who you ask, TBQ isn't what his team needs). WE just needs to rebuild from scratch again, maybe try and get a veteran shotcaller in to build on top of something, but Spirit is just is elo hell.

I think it's a really big mistake to have an import bot lane in NA, have fun trying to find an NA mid unless you convince Yusui to come back.

EDIT: Or if he was duoing with Fenix, that would mean no Piglet? And NA ADC? Better arrangement. I still think this sounds a bit suspect though.

The silly response I have is that Liquid is taking inspiration from the LPL. Invictus and LGD got two of LPL's world spots. They overloaded on imports, what with Flame being mainly the victory cigar and Save playing on Young Glory. Clearly, there is a winning magic that comes with defying the implied logic of the import limit.

Edit:
Joke's on them when it turns out that the real magic comes from burying a star top laner somewhere, with his hidden skills functioning as a sort of fertilizer for the team.
