At the start of S3 Lee Sin was considered dead until insec played him at all stars. Instead the main junglers were volibear and nasus after vi/xin got hit with the nerfbat.
That is still to date literally the worst jungle meta ever volibear vs nasus 24/7.

regarding the first dragon discussion: in my experience it´s overrated by some of the players. Some are tunneling way to hard on getting the first one and therefore contesting it/risking it gettng stolen for free because lack of vision/pushed in bot-/midlane.

The first dragon is a more effective demonstration of which team has their shit together than anything else. The resulting morale boost/decline is more significant than 4 AD.

Nemesis draft is up. In my first game so far it was banning as much supports as possible and then giving a mix of complex champs like LeBlanc, and "lackluster" ones like Urgot/Zac. Welp, can't wait to see how it evolves.
Also I think event gamemodes deserve their own thread so this general doesn't get too mixed up.

Holistically, the first dragon only becomes an issue when you're trying to deny the other team the 3rd or later dragons. By that time, you're simultaneously denying a good buff while attaining what, at that average gold level, is a sizable boost. I'd rather have the gold from taking a tower in exchange for a 1st and second dragons. Obviously, free drags early are nice to force the issue later in the game.

I couldn't pick a champion for the other team fast enough so now I have to wait a 2 hour queue...that goes towards all game modes. Good one rito. Fair warning here for anyone else that attempts this mode

Kalista's ult does no damage, interestingly enough, and for practicality's sake, there are a ton of champs that still have AP ratios even though they never build significant AP in their builds.

More silly searches in the store would actually be a fun idea, I would use them. My friend once convinced me that you could get Randuins by searching "rectangle", I really disappointed when I learned it wasn't true. :/

im still not sure why would i ever want to pick sion over mao as a main tank, only thing i like is that he seems to be stronger laner and pretty big lane bully on other hand mao is retard proof and i think he is a lot stronger late game, sion is just not as reliable plus his Q can be interrupted which sucks ;/

What's the general consensus on rework Tristana? I've played a couple games with her and so far haven't really gotten a solid enough idea to be satisfied. My first impression is that it feels like her laning is a little better, but her lategame is worse? I dunno, I guess the more important question is, is she worth picking over Graves/Corki/Kalista right now?

Tbh I feel sion is more retard proof than maokai in lane. The long range farming and harass with sion's e makes any lane into a joke.
