If you reworked Udyr and he ended up still being shit against poke/kite/disengage comps, that doesn't mean the rework failed or that they didn't coordinate with the live design team, even if said rework went live during a patch which had that meta popular. Entirely true, but I specifically pointed to a few that are designed in such a way to maximize the problems I'm talking about. Gnar is another, obvious, recent example, while IMO Azir has the potential to be one of the "good" ones.
