Red/Blue buff now spawn at the same time as everything else on the PBE.
Need to look into what other changes were made.

You can't change your linked champion unfortunately. It's kinda moot anyways because after testing I find her movement passive REALLY annoying. I can't put my finger on exactly why. I mean it's kinda the same inputs as normal kiting minus the humungous distance you travel. Maybe I'm lazy? I don't know. I don't like having to catch Draven axes or farm Cass passive either.

That Skarner skin looks terrible. Too rigid in movement.

Reeks of a certainlyT champ and at first glance looks horrendously power (specially mobility) crept/creeped. But it also looks super clunky. Predicting bug fixes -> OP -> nerfed.

Up to this point, Ryze is just a balance nightmare though. Too strong or too weak.
Also, has Alaric seen that they included a Vi bug fix yet?

I was excited for this... but it looks like the laziest of all the battlecasts.

Kalista can't cancel her autos, and her animation is apparently purposely slow. So... you're really mobile once the animation completes, but using it to perform dodges isn't reliable (depends on until how late you can trigger the passive I guess) and you can't really use it to ga closer (maybe in conjunction with Q depending on its animation?), you also waste time if you lose vision because the animation doesn't stop but you deal no damage (and it's made worse if you need vision until the projectile hits). Eh, I guess in the end (especially with the animation) it's not as idiotic an idea as it initially sounded. Also more decision-making than mechanics to use it well, if it's about planning positioning and being reactive rather than more powerful but harder kiting.

Na, missed it he first time (I'd swear it wasn't there but I'm exhausted enough that my mind may be playing tricks). That's the least consequential bug I've ever seen about her. Never noticed it myself, and much less impactful than Q hitbox/R cc "immunity".

But this nerf? Ryze is at the level Tristana is at when she dominated because not weak enough early (or rather midgame), only thing that kept her in check was Lucian being broken, and the Corki match-up.

This new bottom ad is such cancer. Normally don't block add on TL, but screw this.

I really wish that the Kalista "revealed" information gave more clarity on her passive. For example: say Kalista hits 2.0 attack speed through items; does this mean she will now have 2 dashes every second if she orb walks perfectly? That seems rather extreme in the hands of a professional player.
Also her numbers on "oathsworn"+ Show Spoiler +12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20% of target's maximum health seem on the high side for a passive ability with no mana consumption.
edit: misread As far as top lane ADs go this new champ will most likely place among the top. Her passive and E alone will make it a nightmare to lock her down without jungle interference, on top of her having quite a bit of motivation to pick up BotRK.
Seems like the best way to use the E for harass would be to have a minion queued to die as you put the dmg on your target for an instant reset.

It's not orb walking and yes that's exactly what it means. I'm assuming at a certain attack speed it's impossible to dash with every attack as you'll be either missing attacks or missing dashes.
