It would be 2 sheen procs (the autos after the Q/R). E just gives you a way to proc it as needed. Waiting for sheen internal cd is generally a bad idea.
The point of triforce is to dive and burst, which it does better for Vi than any other item in the game. I agree Lizard Elder + Brutalizer + defense is more efficient in an even game. But Triforce really shines when you are having lots of skirmishes and picks, since Vi does has some innate tankiness with her shield. It's not my playstyle but it does work.

Garen is so good at little skirmishes, waiting for some passive regen + W cooldown, and going back in.
Plus he doesn't go oom contrary to Vi (she's got pretty tame costs, but given how well her kit lends itself to skirmishes and how extended fights post-16 can lead to her getting a second pick off when her ult comes off cd, she can burn through her pool really quickly using Q to reengage once her passive is ready; removing the mp5 from spirit stone makes a big difference when she isn't farming). :3

Tri is usually pronounced like "try" because it's a prefix meaning three. Other examples like "triad" and whatever. Thus "Tri-" and "Vi" rhyme.
It's not Treeforce.

trinity is bad in theory on vi, but as often occurs with melees is that in theory is oversimplification of your damage calculations
although technically your spells have good AD scaling and you expect to auto a lot it turns out the mobility from trinity lets you hit your shit a lot more including autos, and the sheen proc is often as good as the better AD ratios especally on squishy targets who kite you and would die in a few autos if they dont
