Probably as a result of farming decently while ganking is rewarded by Conservation. The junglers that are better at it get even more gold than before, putting them farther ahead, making them more successful.
I concur. The difference is that its no longer a braindead decision to gank a lane. In S3 no matter how shitty your gank was, if you were playing a FOTM jungle it was "worth". You would zone the laners off 5-10 creeps, and give your laner 5-10 creeps uncontested even with a mediocre gank for essentially 50gold of jungle.

Just played Viktor in solo ranked. Damn he's so awesome I can't say. 14-5 and did pretty fine. First back gotta upgrade my Augment and 112 ap with actually no items. Damn. The only thing that is pretty meh is skill range :\ that Q and E range so short.

Ty I was concerned that OMG had done something stupid randomly benching cool. Also forces of darkness what, is that what OMG refers to their fans.
No that's what OMG is known as in China. They're the Forces of Darkness because they dethroned WE/were a darkhorse team for a long time, and more importantly, their uniform is all black and they look like triad LOL
