I was playing a game and on our team 2 people DCed and on their team 4 people complained of lag. Only Annie wasn't wasn't lagging.
We end up winning at 20 minutes by pushing all the inhibs down and practicing our last hitting.
Post game I asked how everyone was lagging got this:
1ZeromuS11: i wonder 11ZeromuS11: why it was so laggy for some of you? Erebuis: i turnt Erebuis: it on Erebuis: they wre messing with me 11ZeromuS11: ? what? Erebuis: just know its out there Erebuis: ;D Erebuis: and dont be a **** to teammates 11ZeromuS11: how come our team had 2 dcs Erebuis: its still gltichty 11ZeromuS11: and yours had only one person able to play it makes no sense Erebuis: but it works 11ZeromuS11: wait a dc program what? Erebuis: haha 11ZeromuS11: whats it called? Erebuis: i guess Erebuis: nahh buddy 11ZeromuS11: ??? Erebuis: its not a secret Erebuis: if eeryone knows Erebuis: now is it 11ZeromuS11: ??
The opposing player Udyr claims that he turned something on to force lag on his team mates. It wasn't server wide issue and 3 of the people on my team had zero issues.

Very curious if others have seen this before?
He was probably just bullshitting. I've never seen that happen before however.
if bloodwater was on the fence about whether to dedicate his life completely to the team it wouldn't be surprising if the jungle zuna move (especially if he was against it) led to him doubting that XDG had a bright competitive future and giving up on them.
like would it really be surprising if one of their team members got outvoted or whatever on the role swap and now had to try super hard just to not be constantly saying "i told you guys this wouldn't work."

Hopefully they do get Xmithe back into the jangle.
Nah swap a mediocre top laner to jungle XDG XDG XDG

Yeah, when they put Xmithie on ADC they not only removed one of the best NA junglers but Xmithies Lee Sin is god damn scary. Xmithie carried that team last split with his early game and is the reason why Mancloud was so dominant as is evident this split seeing how Mancloud is no where near dominant like he was without Xmithie to carry and feed him.

While this paints BloodWater as a quitter, you have to wonder if the roster change has contributed to his choice to follow through on his retirement, especially mid split. Could you imagine someone on TSM or C9 quitting right now? Probably not because it's easier to ride out the success before moving on to the next best thing (in this scenario, BloodWater's education).
I have little doubt that XDG recent performance has a huge factor in his decision.
let's not just shit on him without knowing anything though. Playing on a team professionally isn't as fun as it sounds for everyone, just ask chauster. Maybe he just isn't as passionate anymore.

Even if Chalice's version of the story is exactly what happened I don't blame the guy one bit, The swap was a complete joke, I've worked places where management makes that type of decision and it's draining on morale, it's really hard to work for someone dumb enough to make that kind of change.
Sad to see Bloodwater go he looked so good during the Summer split and now XDG has gone to crap. Just too much stress and anxiety with the role swaps and fall of XDG is my guess. No reason to blame him when XDG doesnt even look like they can get through relegations at this point. Godo luck to him and whatever he chooses to follow.

That guy was fucking with you. There was server lag, and ranked was disabled temporarily.
Between this and lemondogs...you'd think after Riot put so much into LCS and infrastructure there'd be more stability in the teams that made it to worlds. I mean, you can expect bottom of the league teams to disband and so forth but you'd expect better for two teams that were up there leading the pack last spilt.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's tired of Zuna's near plot armor roster safety. In a way, it isn't much different than Regi going "Enough is enough" with the Chaox situation, except it's a player deciding to leave a team instead of a team deciding to ditch a player.
In other news, I got around to updating the PBE thread for today.

It really demonstrates how much poor management can screw over good players.
This sort of thing happens in professional sports as well, just not on the same scale because there aren't relegations and more failsafes to prevent one gm screwing over an entire organization.
