I understand a problem is that if DFG has no CDR, there are no other CDR + AP items that does NOT have mana regen on it. I honestly think that's not a huge problem - it'll just be a simple (and small) nerf to manaless AP scaling mid laners. A slightly bigger problem is that simply taking out 10% CDR makes DFG less slot efficient; perhaps this can be compensated by giving it an extra 10-20 AP. | ||

Also, Leblanc definitely utilizes CDR very well. Personally I'd even get Athenes but might be just me. | ||
