Except, rarely do we see ziggs get to the point where he gets lichbane in competitive play. Usually it's sorc boots + grail + death cap+ voidstaff combo, first, and lichbane is usually an afterthought. | ||

So I mean, yeah, Gragas is super strong, but how far ahead of Yasuo/Kayle/Ziggs/Kassadin/etc. is he? I think you could argue that the strongest champion under that definition might be Thresh. | ||
