She's still squishy and has no range, although she's good vs burst casters/cc-dependant champions if you leave her alone because she won't lose her spellshield to AoE. People are better at catching Varus than Sivir wtf... | ||

Welp, I'm disappointed, I had 10k RP lying around earlier I'm down to 6.5k. Still got a good bit left to spend. I got prom queen annie and gave away a bunch of terrible skins =(. | ||
