The confusion is probably coming from people thinking its (Old Elo-1200)/2 +1200. I.E. you move halfway from where you are towards 1200.
They don't realize that this is equal to (old elo+1200)/2

Nah I was mid Syndra, I actually did pretty well I think(9-4-something). I also noticed that her Q's visual effect seems to be larger than the AoE so it misses when it should hit, annoying.
Oh, and why when I click another game it puts me to the Create Game menu instead of queueing for ranked again? This is really annoying.

Does anyone else ever look for random streams with low viewer counts? Tune into some swedish guy and hes raging, but occasionally you find people who are reasonable to talk to whilst streaming.
