If they end up poaching Robert too, Crs just replaced Regi in my heart of unreserved hatred. They already screwed ggLA, why not TBD.
If the members of ggLA and TBD join their teams, it's more the fault of the amateur team than that of Crs' fault. Crs is trying (failing) to make their team better than it can be, the amateur teams aren't sticking with each other long enough to see if they could be the new C9.
It's a question of money. Even if they do become the next C9...so what? Comparatively speaking, C9 lived in abject poverty compared to the Crs mansion, and Crs is a better, safer bet than banking on another breakout.
I'd honestly expect any rational player to make the same decision if given the offer, unless they're super invested in their team (note: ggLA was only formed recently, so no time to lay that institutional/team groundwork).

I think the thing that bugs me the most is this is happening just as a huge wave of amateur tourneys and events are are happening, really fucking up tons of teams.
So Curse was perfectly fine with Pobelter's highschool commitment so that he could only practice 6 hours a day and then suddenly they weren't anymore. Seems like they made a move to acquire quas and then just kiicked young pobelter.
Aphro didn't have a say at all nor did he know anything about it so it quit, as well. Much respect for that.
