However, because MMR is low, he does not gain much points for winning and loses more points for losing. Winning 50% of your games like before is no longer enough. However, even if I win 60-66% of my games I tend to lose LP rather than gain. This is wrong, remember that LP means very little, your MMR is still too low for your division, which is why you aren't gaining any LP. You do have to win >50% to regain it.

roffles 4 president! actually on topic stuff: Lucian seems really strong in lane, ult is abit awkward but Q+doubleauto is super nice harass. Have only played him 2 games so far though cause I was trying the new triforce on a lot of champs.

But thats all i am going to say about this drama before neo gets mad at me. Also, Daniel if you read this, im not going to gamescom this year, so congratulations on your first champion in writing from me, he seems very fun to play. he reminds me of what Riot said they wanted to do with Riven...dynamic arcade action-y.

You live where ever then go to work(In this case the play with the pcs), do your training for the day then either stay or go back home. Means you get your personal space and still get the dynamic of all playing together. The current way people set it up just screams for poor living conditions and conflict. Living with friends is completely different to just being friends which people don't seem to grasp. This so much. I feel like the "gaming house" model was copied out of Korea, when it only came out of Korea for the sake of being economical, not because it was the most conducive to improvement.

If there is gonna be tons of friction and drama then I agree that a workplace style setup will probably have more consistent results, but if you can set up a really close knit family type teamhouse where the participants actually get along and push each other to the next level, I think its results will blow any other approach out of the water.

When it's the norm what happens is all your personal shit starts seeping in and stays there, rather than using it as a way to keep those things out.

I think most of the NA teams thought that they could just get a house together and their problems would magically disappear without working on them. It's not really copied out of Korea, as these teams have no managers or coaches to help with their life style choices. The coaches/managers in other countries care for both mental and physical health of their players. Overall, they probably didn't think it fully through, but it's not the worst idea. It's just that these NA teams are/were really young, and are still figuring some of these things out. After all, there are teams that seem to work well in the environment even without the house/mansion. C9 as an example seem to live in a small apartment together, and their results are far from bad.
