Regi does not seem to be someone who can be easily reasoned with verbally so you'd have to do it with leverage. What should be done in my opinion is that Dyrus/Xpecial should threaten to leave the team if Reginald does not step down from the managerial position (post worlds of course). Regi cannot ignore what would be 2 allstars leaving the team. There is just no victory on the world stage with that toxic of a work environment and lack of team unity. | ||

If you did watch the video you would see someone being absolutely repulsive human being bullying his teammate in a way that in any other work place Dyrus would be in line to seek legal counseling . The first video that was posted I thought just looked like an angry argument, but after watching the whole thing I am just amazed. I wasn't much of a TSM fan before that but after watching this I think I've lost all respect for them. If I were Dyrus I would NOT stay on a team where I was being treated like that. | ||

It is turning into jump on the bandwagon of bashing players when a camera catches them at their worst moments. Congrats? if Meteos, Mancloud, or ZionSpartan etc.... were caught lashing out on a teammate on cam, nothing would change. My opinion would be the same. EDIT:.... My bad, I shouldn't have posted in the first place. If anyone wishes to discuss this further, I'd rather take it to PM's because this thread isn't the place.
