With Shurelya being meh, Twin Shadows providing no HP/armour, and Locket being raped by the changes, it's rather hard to itemise for Fiddle past the ruby sightstone, Ionan boots and the odd Kindlegem actually... even Twin Shadows is a "I'm fed" item, considering how expensive it is. | ||

I know what you mean about it being weird to itemize past those core items, before it used to be get whichever of bulwark/locket the jungler didn't get but now I'm left with all of these incredibly expensive options or Shard, which I hate buying since the ap isn't that useful. Edit: I had not considered SotAG, that actually kind of makes sense. | ||

But Fiddle's not the best for it, I'd rather get the Distortion enchant for more Flash fear or Twin Shadows for the slow, Shurelya feels awkward because he's so squishy that if he telegraphs "I'm going to run toward you" people can just turn and halve his health with long range stuff. | ||

physical: one normal auto, one reset auto, one normal auto 80 * 3 = 240 magic: 40 + 160 + 60 = 260 vs varus with 13.5 + 13 + 3.4 * 5 = 43.5 armor and 30 + 11 = 41 mr damage with MPen = 240 * 100 / (100 + 43.5) + 260 * 100 / (100 + 41 - 7.8) = 362.4 damage with split pen = 240 * 100 / (100 + 43.5 - 8.1) + 260 * 100 / (100 + 41 - 5.5) = 369 damage with flat AD reds = 265.5 * 100 / (100 + 43.5) + 260 * 100 / (100 + 41) = 369 So basically they are all equal until you get your ult, at which point MPen should be better... although I think it's pretty realistic to get more autos than that in. | ||

I think Fiddle is a special case as far as supports are concerned, he justs play so differently post-lane phase since you usually want to be more offensive with him but don't get the innate tankiness of a Leona or Thresh. I get Shurelya's pretty much always as Janna/Nami just because I've already got the philo stone and the active is still good for saving lives/ending the enemy's. Really I wish Riot would just make more things similar to Shard with actives that no self-respecting solo laner would purchase because they give mediocre stats. Make Zeke's cheaper, remove the lifesteal from the aura and instead make it a single-target active that gives 25% lifesteal for x seconds and can only be cast on someone else. | ||

Im really interested what gets you the most damage on Leona. Recently i've been running mpen quints+reds and 9/0/21 (i run them according to matchup of course). I've blown up Jannas on a full rotation at lvl 3+1 auto from my ADC alone. It's crazy fun. | ||
