WE's just not playing well right now. It's largely a product of their same old issues they've always had that they've never actually fixed--it's just that now teams are on the whole better, so they can't get away with those things anymore, such as Caomei pretty much always being behind after early game (either losing 1v1 or feeding FB 1v2), or Misaya being absolutely awful at making item decisions (the guy loves Deathcap WAY too much and he's definitely lost games before because of this) or understanding what heroes he's bad at (his Zed is worse than his Ori, yet WE still picks it all the damn time).

On top of this, Weixiao+Fzzf isn't as invincible as it used to be due to the overall quality of other Chinese bot lanes catching up to them. They've gone from "can win any 2v2 without help" to "go even at best vs. Tabe+Uzi or Devil+Sicca and somewhat ahead vs. Kid+Xiaoxiao or Bigpomelo+San".

PE is the most consistent out of those 3 "tier 2" Chinese teams, it's just that they're consistently mediocre. I don't feel anyone on that team really stands out. Devil is probably the most outstanding player, but even then, he's overally quite overhyped by the community because while he makes big plays that make him popular with the fans, his core fundamentals are a step below Weixiao and Uzi for sure.

I like Jing. IIRC Jing is their shotcaller also? Or am I mistaken there?

Jing was very good in S2, but has been pretty hit or miss in the LPL games to date.

Ostensibly, Sicca is their captain.

EDIT: Swapping Bigpomelo into bot lane pretty much concentrates the badness of OMG into 1 lane, lol.
