atm i normally go something like sorc boots + death cap + void staff, but a friend of mine told me liandries is better than void staff in all situations but couldnt find a source for it. | ||

Just asking for reference, what league is your friend? Also, if your aiming for max damage glass cannon build, that's the build you go for. (Generally, Dorans into Sorc boots, into DCap into Vstaff.) After those 3 items, if their team is MR heavy, Abyssal is generally a good choice. Lowers their MR not only for you, but your team and gives survivability / AP to boot. Also, as Annie, the longer the game goes on, the more likely you will eventually devolve into a stun bot, it's just the way she works. If you want an early-mid game damage spike you can go for Haunting Guise after Sorc Boots, but that's a pretty small window. Also, Liandries is not better than Vstaff in all situations, especially on Annie who is a burst caster, lol. | ||

Cho, Renekton, Rumble, Lee Sin (MAYBE) I'd throw in Aatrox but I'm still undecided that he fits in that well with itemization favoring pure tanks over the melee adc that has never worked in the past. Not sure how you forgot Rumble who's really super duper strong though, definitely T1 top laner as long as his lane isn't extremely unfavorable. | ||
