People expect blue red on near everybody. All of the sudden, the jungler is on the other side of the map ganking.

And if you're doing red -> blue on blue side, you can gank top, then just sit in brush and wait there. Nobody I've played against so far expects you to be there for a minute just waiting, so you can gank them again, and at that point top lane is won.
This is something I've learned from trick2g, and it's been working for me pretty well so far, but I tend to normals premade with uni friends, so level of players range from bronze - gold.

Uh is this a champions curse or something? First Fnatic and now TPA both have had major reshuffles ever since their worlds. Stanley and Toyz leaving is a bit less expected than Shushei, Melissan and Lamia though
