Skarner fractures the ground in front of him, dealing X damage, and the same damage again over N seconds. Enemies who remain on fractured ground take 2/4/6/8/10% additional damage. Let's face it, the heal aspect of skarner's E is kinda terrible. The graphics animation could be the standard cracked earth, with a glow depending on the skin(blue, green, red) | ||

Like, if you play Kha'Zix as a straight up assassin evolving Q>E>R you might as well just play a different assassin. But you could still play Kha'Zix the way you used to with W>E>R and still assassinate people just as hard as you used to with lower mana cost and with more damage reduction on R at the cost of a weaker poke. Evolve Q seems like something that'll be stronger in lane, especially top lane, but evolve W is still strong in lane and | ||

Also jungle changes are bad for Eve and Rengar. The 2 champions I enjoy playing the most. Not to mention that my team have been practicing solo bot purple side. :S | ||

They should make something like 100stack will stun/freeze the enemy for 0.5sec or something. Or better yet. Make her passive work with her Q. If Q is toggling on, it will crit, if Q is toggling off, it will stun. | ||
