Possibly. Evolved W is still going to be strong poke and strong lane sustain (while costing less mana). Sure you lose out on 190 damage from your passive but 235 (+1.0 bonus AD) is still a lot of poke for an assassin. Especially if you're hitting more than 2 people with it.

And you'll probably be building Manamune anyways since Muramana is so good but even if you don't it's no big deal because W costs 25 less mana now. Skarner E is called fracture. How about a skill that actually fits in line with that.

Skarner fractures the ground in front of him, dealing X damage, and the same damage again over N seconds. Enemies who remain on fractured ground take 2/4/6/8/10% additional damage.

Let's face it, the heal aspect of skarner's E is kinda terrible.

The graphics animation could be the standard cracked earth, with a glow depending on the skin(blue, green, red)

Can't you just not evolve Q still though? 8% missing health is nice but if you're not poking people down it'll really only matter for your second Q since first Q they're likely to be full or near full health (and by the second Q they'll probably be isolated in any situation that isn't a team fight).

Like, if you play Kha'Zix as a straight up assassin evolving Q>E>R you might as well just play a different assassin. But you could still play Kha'Zix the way you used to with W>E>R and still assassinate people just as hard as you used to with lower mana cost and with more damage reduction on R at the cost of a weaker poke.

Evolve Q seems like something that'll be stronger in lane, especially top lane, but evolve W is still strong in lane and definitely probably stronger in team fights.

It is. I've been rocking a 70% winrate with her on my way back to Diamond and she's perfectly fine atm.
Buffing her will just make her fotm/broken.

EDIT : boots change is also a buff to her since she LOVED opening boots.

One thing that really irritates me about high AD scaling is that those champions gain a lot because it affects their spells and autoattacks. Having strongly scaling autoattacks is huge but people seem content to just spell spam and let that carry them. Your farming is easier, when spells are on CD you still deal strong damage and in general everyone's cooldowns are getting to a point where the difference between AP and AD burst is growing smaller and smaller.

Hm. Once AD scaling was a cool concept but it seems a bit overdone now with people left and right having AD scaling. I do wonder...

I somewhat agree, but it is possible to get like 3x the possible AP than AD.

Any single buff to Skarner stats/damage/tankiness/mana efficiency would be welcome. The thing is that alongside the at first reasonable nerfs his most core item got nerfed to the ground, especially for junglers. That was quite sad.

I wrote on the official forums back in the day that madreds was a terrible item because it has a random factor, I think morello said it was some sort of fun factor that the jungle was so random.


Also jungle changes are bad for Eve and Rengar. The 2 champions I enjoy playing the most. Not to mention that my team have been practicing solo bot purple side. :S

Is that how they buff Ashe?...
They should make something like 100stack will stun/freeze the enemy for 0.5sec or something.

Or better yet. Make her passive work with her Q. If Q is toggling on, it will crit, if Q is toggling off, it will stun.

Instead of leasing wolves->blue or wraiths->red, you'll just get a leash at blue or red. As that will allow you to hit lv2, the rest of the route shouldn't be significantly different from before.

Now I'm wondering how the level 1 will turn out in the jungle since you have no incentive to do small camps. At least in soloQ you won't be able to position yourself by the blue buff bush while they do wolves and catch them there for example.
Cant take LMS hipsters serious.
