To be honest it's not really required to play league, I only have it cause I started out playing Sc2 I like the deathadder, good solid built has lasted me in all my heavy gamings from WoW arena to League to mechwarrior to well everything... I love this mouse. It has to survive alot so the fact that I've had only two sense goodness I can't even remember makes me very happy. You'll never find a more tough as nails mouse. If you do, let me know however.
I have one of these myself, picked it up before i moved to sri lanka. Solid mouse, put my Razer Spectre into retirement lol

I used to use a similiar one but after I tried razer salmosa + razer goliathus I realized that if my mouse didn't slide on the mouse pad completely frictionless as if it was on polished ice it wasn't nearly as effortless. Now I can just gently push the mouse with my fingertips and it slides across the mousepad.

The Q nerf is still kinda noticable, but Akali is definitely in a much better place after this patch. Reverting some of her ult CD nerf has helped so much.

I was using that kind of random mouse too, cheap mouse are great and most of time really solid.
But a friend bought me that G500 as a gift for SC2, and to be fair, I don't think I can go back to cheap mouse. Altho I'm not sure if the mouse of the mousepad is really the most important thing to have to feel good while playing.

Just had a game as Naut where my Q went right through two champions (well, can only be sure about one, the other was Kayle so maybe it had to do with her flying model). That damn spell's hit detection is so bugged, kinda needs to be addressed.
(On the plus side, I haven't had the bug that makes you hook people behind you in awhile.)

Are the extra points in Utility (Scout, Improved Recall, Awareness, Artificer, and Pickpocket) really better than 1 AP/level and 8% spell pen?

Oh wow those two mastery pages are almost identical to mine for ranged and melee, and I thought I was running pretty unique setups  . I almost never get Lucky Pick/Twin Shadows/Shard of True Ice, on ranged supports though, are these really that good? I prefer to get tanky fast just like with my melee supports as I feel a supports' positioning in a battle can be all over the place (wherever you are needed) and some of those positions may be dangerous.
