It's because Trynda E has higher than 1:1 AD scaling. It's going to pass the point where it 1-shots ranged creeps pretty quickly. You need like 90-100 bonus AD to be able to 1-shot ranged creeps with Trynda E. Not that hard to get to--Hydra is most of the way there.
