If you really thought Riot would go through the trouble of individually coding Rylai's for Twin Fang instead of just making the spell AoE, you haven't been playing LoL for very long.

The fastest and most reliable, up to date resource for these things is the league of legends wiki. The ability details page often has all the info you need. As well as in this case, cassiopeia's E is considered a multitargeted ability.

did they stream while playing those matches? how stupid can you be to ghost and then somehow a screenshot of the skypeconversation is leaked? Also thought that roberxLee was a coolguy after watching IEM Singapore but seems like he's a douche and a known elobooster ( who did it even on stream) and unstoppable always had a bad rep with the whole phantomlord thing.

You're thinking Vlad Q. Karthus Q always had the split single-target/AoE rules for hitting single/multiple targets.

Rylai's tooltip used to say "(15% for multi-target spells and damage over time effects and spells with a cooldown less than 3 seconds)" so it made it seem like cass had a special case for her E and rylai's

It wouldn't surprise me if it was really just an AoE flag internally though

edit: maybe it was 2 seconds

Ya, but he formed the team so we trying to give him a chance, but when versing real organization and amateur pros, his lack of individual skill and experience is really hurting. We thinking of fitting in a jungle sub, him being our weakest link

Yea I spent a bit of time watching PL's stream. The change was quite noticeable when you brought the new one in playing as Amumu. I think the big concern is when the tournament starts and it becomes easier to ban out PL. Then again some games his teleport/revive Karthus seems like a gift to the other team. Good luck with the jungler find and qualifying!

Dunno, to me it seemed like Plord falling behind 150 cs to Navi BOTH games was as big of a problem. Plord roamed early and made some plays but that doesn't mean he should fall behind that hard lategame.

Yeah, as a whole, I was not that impressed with PL's play. Although it could just be because Navi is so beast.

Regardless, I had some flashbacks to TL B champ select when Coogle (GGod) panic picked Karma. =)
