Havoc is now adding 4.5 damage, Mental force is still adding 3 damage. Havoc continues scaling upwards as the game goes on and you add damage in various ways. Mental force isn't. For casters, havoc is almost always better. Gragas has one of the highest ratios on his main ability and Mental Force still slacks behind Havoc. | ||
