Yes, if your enemy mid leaves lane and you know it's to a team objective, it's your responsibility to follow up (clean up).

Entirely dependent on who you are and who they are, and the situation. If they can push you to tower and you can't clear fast enough, there isn't much you can do but ping and place wards beforehand. If they're MUCH more mobile than you (TF, Sion with Mob boots), then no, there's no sense in even trying if they get the jump on you. A lot of times I like to sit mid and push tower if I think my allies can handle it.

this is kinda why i like the fighting game community because as toxic as it is online, it's real chill offline and that's where the fun is.
i kinda wish lan cafes were more popular here and had those korean benefits (all heroes unlocked+double ip) and maybe the offline community would be something cooler.

I do, with the arrow keys. It sometimes gets really imprecise, specially at level 1 where you never know where your enemy will come from and you have literally 0 margin of error, or when you're taking dragon/baron and you need to be aware of where the enemy team will come from for the steal/penta. Basically it sort of hinders your global on-screen sight. Other than that it's fine. I usually try to predict where a battle will happen and move the camera there before it starts so I can have my right hand free to spam UIOP (left handed man's version of QWER). Now that I think of it, it could be that I use the arrow keys because they're on the right side of the keyboard and I use my right hand for the keyboard and my left hand for the mouse. Anyways, I could never get used to scroll the camera around moving my mouse arrow to the borders.

Most games are pretty chill at LANs. It's a lot harder to be a dick when you're looking someone in the eye.
