corki true dmg no longer scales off crits. If i remember correctly, corki true damage used to scale off of 10% damage done to the enemy, now it scales off of 10% base ad.

Holy crap, diana had 9hp/5 before? That's literally 75-100% more hp/5 than most other AP mids. Good to see that she's getting nerfs to her Q though. I still think the mana cost on it is low relative to what it does and considering how little you actually use it in the jungle but at least it does less damage now.

So, the Karthus change is decent, but still Karth makes no sense to me.

I was going to post after a few games Vs./With Karth today that he needed to be nerfed. But I don't think WoP (what they are potentially changing) or his Ult are what need to change. The Ult is fine, I like global ults. WoP is a great utility spell, and I like utility spells. I think they should have hit Defile. If you have the global presence of Karth, you shouldn't have such a strong local presence (ala TF).

It's the plight of game admins/staff. However, it is sometimes fun catching them in lies and making them look stupid. They try to lie to people and you just shove their face in the shit they made up.

This is the wrong way to nerf him imo. I think his utilities are fine; it's his sustain and free harass on the top lane that is absolutely broken right now. This doesn't really directly address this problem, only to nerf his jungle/support even more - which I think are balanced.

Also I feel that if the Karthus nerf goes through he will be utterly garbage.

Twitch re-make, that makes 2 buffs thus far. I'm thinking there will be 2 more before all is said and done. It's a nice effort to try and give him some lane harass early game.

I feel good in calling it a nerf at the beginning. Bah, I still love the original hero I learned in and out (and apparently was wrong about one very important part with poison stacks. Can't let myself forget how wrong I was. Wow).

My guess: His Q will lose 3 seconds on cooldown and his damage will go back up either via passive or more base. But let's see how wrong I am.

2200/30 ~ 73. No way. I think the mod mistyped and meant to say he'd reported 2000 players for 2000/9players a game for 222 games. Over a period of a month that'd be 222/30 = 7.4 games a day. Phew.

I think the recent wave of bans for report abusers are justified. A lot of people abuse this way too much in extremely toxic ways. I am happy to see Riot flexing their muscles to correct toxic behaviours in the community.
