It's difficult to give an exact efficiency because there are so many factors at play. The more AP and base damage you have, and the less MR the opponent has (to a point), the better MPen is. Then Void Staff reduces the effectiveness of MPen by 40%. In general people prefer AP Quints because they tend to allow you to one shot ranged minions faster (as you'll nullify all their MR anyway with Sorc's or MPen Marks). Eventually MPen Quints will overtake them, even with Void Staff, simply because 15 AP on top of 400 AP isn't a lot. The difference generally isn't significant enough for people to take them over AP. | ||

Except Elementz isn't "InControl" of anything dohoho In all seriousness, at this point in time Curse.NA acts very much like a group of solo queue players with a Vent sever more so than any other NA team. They have potential but even their vent atmosphere is pretty toxic. | ||
