Liquidparty inhouses, let's make it happen! Maybe we can coordinate a scheduled time in which everyone logs on with the goal being to get in house games going. I'd be willing to make a thread and manage it. this would make me happy.

Stop it or he'll quit quitting quitting, and if this goes on, the universe asplode, and I'm not gonna stand for that

come on now don't just skim the crap i write and tell me i'm doing stuff wrong.
I dunno i guess i could be convinced to come back to play if i could find a big practice group.
I've also said i really like the TL lol Community, so being able to inhouse with TLers would accomplish both of these things.

If you guys want to set up some formal system for playing in groups, you are welcome to try. A few problems I can already forsee is that everyone is busy with irl stuff and everyone has rage issues to some degree.
I would like to help but I'm far too busy with other LoL stuff and irl. I spend more time doing-LoL-but-not-playing than I actually get to play zzz

dont bag on the guy, everyone has their emoo moments. liquidparty inhouses used to be pretty troll with an occasional tryhard scattered throughout, but tended to be a nice place to find a mate or two to duo or play with.

That way I can keep the link somewhere (like my stream thread), and anyone can take a look at it as I progress (or regress). Is this something others might be interested in looking at?
This is a little late, but I actually think it might be kinda cool to have something like what you're describing, but with a bunch of people on it so progress can be compared. Make it like an ELO fitness club, or something.

There's no vacuum in LoL, so if that's the sort of thing Xizor thrives on he should find a single player game to play.
The tone of the conversation was set by Xizor's assertion that he couldn't improve. Everything else notwithstanding, that simply isn't true. That's not to say it's easy or straightforward, but it isn't unreasonable.

I dunno the one issue I have with our little community is we're way too apathetic about events. Compare what we put together and what a community like Reddit puts together (I know, not exactly a fair comparison since they have like 100k people, but still). Our semi-pro team basically disbanded because people didn't care enolugh (yes there were other reasons but it basically amounted to that). People post in here with tourneys and stuff all the time yet most of the time no one even responds to them.
I'm not sure how this problem can be solved; I know it kinda sucks for me to be pointing things out without actually coming up with a sollution but bleh, just gets me a little frustrated sometimes (mostly because I wish we had a pro team!!!!)

Hence the look at ranked 5s as "something getting closer to a vacuum as the team as a whole improves and members can rely on each other [and collaborate together instead of compensate for one another]". That's not perfect, especially if the other members aren't fit with one's playstyle, but I think it's the closest we have, for now, and pending community's initiatives (I mean LoL community here, not necessarily TL LoL's).

An all TL Team would be pretty cool though, theres alot more members on the LoL section now then there was back when it was just 1 thread i imagine

Doo iiiiit.
^_^
We should also make a TL C for scrubs like me. Best part is that the name is puny... You know, like Liquid's 3rd best team and Time Love Care. Teehee.

Just got Swain. So much fun.

I was of the same opinion.
I'd be really down for a TL C team though, I'd like to try my hand at it (:

I'm interested in finding people for a ranked 5's team and the more people from TL the better.. what's your elo?

i run gp10 runes on yellow and quints and just afk in fountain while doing other stuff my rationale is that the +8% exp aura is pretty useful when combined with the 1 extra half-lane worth of exp you are giving also, game length is generally increased in a 4v5 situation which works nicely with the 'buff' they gave to longer coop games you use all gold to get an aegis and call for a push to end during that time so its not entirely afking
I personally do play on my smurf sometimes intentionally to carry bot games. I've lost quite a few of them, including one where I was 22-1/22-2 Graves. I came close once as 25-2 AP cho until I switched to AD. I don't like playing normal games on my smurf though. It doesn't feel right.
Still, you should ask your allies. Some of them might just want their first win of the day. In which case the IP isn't worth the time of not playing for fun, dominion is faster, Twisted treeline is faster, and custom games are faster.
