This is a little late, but I actually think it might be kinda cool to have something like what you're describing, but with a bunch of people on it so progress can be compared. Make it like an ELO fitness club, or something. Not late at all! I just got home. I know fairly little about website designing (aside from some VERY basic high school HTML), but I think it would be awesome to make this into a site that people could go to to track and share their own progress. Once I get the template laid out the way I want to, if anyone (who has actual knowledge of website designing) would want to take on a project like that with me, that would be great. Haha, I was thinking more like just a public Google doc where it would be possible to flip between people and add yourself if interested. Sounds like an awesome website idea, though. The issue with a Google Doc is that I would have to personally manage adding each and every person to be able to edit. And I don't want everyone to be able to edit everyone else's spreadsheets. Making a website is seriously something I'd consider doing if I had someone's help.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you make a form can't other people make their own copies?

Could just get someone to host a simple PHP/MySQL site. Something that simple would only take an hour to make.

Professional (and out of work) programmer here, I'd consider helping if you can put up with me knowing squat about web development. All of my schooling, internships, and my previous full time job were all desktop applications, so I'd be learning as we went. Nvm, the service already exists. I remember finding it somewhere. I'd rather just excel it.

correct me if I'm wrong but why are we starting a tl team c when team a is long dead and team b is only a little better.

We could call it TL3 for the third teamliquid team instead of going though more letters. The tl team a and b was to signify the better team and the worse team.

Well, I dunno about calling it TL C, but for me it wouldn't be a semi competitive team it would be more of an inhouse "I suck lets get better" kind of a thing.

But that's FAR less fun than having a convenient place for people to record and discuss, no?
