They change the way team rankings work lately, you no longer start at like 1k. Also they base where you start on who is on your team and their various hidden ratings (ie if they're on other teams and how those teams are doing, mnaybe normal/ranked solo ELO) In other news, FUCK what they did to Xerath's ult. I thought it was a bug but Riot just game out and said the 1sec+ delay in between casts of his ultimate is fucking INTENDED functionality to change his 'feel.' What the fuck? He wasn't overpowered, hell if anything he was underplayed! Why the fuck make his ultimate harder to hit?!?! | ||

I mean, Lux can plausibly chunk two people from 1000 range (her full combo at level 18 is 1190 + 2.05AP, all multi-target and an easy hit after landing Q). You can't tell me she's completely useless. | ||
