I never had the "never moves", but I can attest for the "goes through". Well, it's most noticeable as it happened a lot due to the narrow hitbox at release, so now that they say it's fixed you don't let it slip.
As for flash-laser I generally flash and cast in the same direction so it doesn't bother me much, but I guess once you're used to it it's easier to flash then cast at an angle. Tho when I flash it's because even at max range I can't reach the opponent, so...

Do you recommend buying riven? I almost exclusively jungle and as of right now I play udyr, mundo and lee sin. If not riven then who? I am debating between maokai, shyvanna, naut, and riven. Some how I have like 13000 ip so price is no issue. Or maybe if I am feeling insane sej or voli!

While i am not necessarily a good player, i like jungling with voli. He is really cool lategame, and you tend to get trashed by everything in lane, so jungling is the only way to get him there. His clear speed is shit, but his ganks are pretty good. Plus you are a bear eating peoples faces. He probably sucks at competetive level, but i am not that good anyways, so he works pretty fine.

Out of the ones you mention (except the last two :p ) I would recommend either Maokai or Nautilus, mainly because those two fulfill a type of jungler role you don't have in your reportoir right now. Lee and Riven are both aggressive dps junglers, shyvana, mundo and udyr are all farmy junglers, though Udyr is quite versatile. Maokai and Naut fill the slot of tanky cc junglers which you don't have, so I would recommend one of them to start with. They're both fun to play as well =)

Which skills do you get and max first on jungle riven btw? I tried it starting boots+3 and going QWE R>W>E>Q but it didnt seem so fast and I went down pretty low on the first clears. Would maxing Q first be better in the jungle?

That wasnt so much a client glitch as it was editing files in the LoL folder, basically you changed the old textures or whatever from the skin you wanted to the default skin, and when the game loaded it would use the skin you added in instead of the default one

Regarding philo on support: I think the faerie-->hog is better now but philo still has its uses.
On jungles: You say: Oh well 8 mp5 isn't enough to farm jungle indefinitely THEREFORE don't get any mana regen. This thing almost doubles your mana regen guys. It's the difference between farming camps, counterganking top with half mana or counter ganking top with 20% mana where you can't even do anything.
I've also never gone: Wow this regen on philo stone is a waste; I'm always full health. Fuck no, I need to buy more pots if I don't get philo, that or do ganks and stuff with less than full hp. In poke situations around dragon early on the philo helps. I find the health regen is a mana buffer: Use less skills, rely on health regen to keep full.

If you're going to back after every camp I suppose that's a fine tactic but if you're in solo queue especailly and lots of random shit happens around the map I don't like this style. If you're reasonably confident in ward coverage and your laners playing safe it's obviously a better plan.

I mean on skarner I've been back and forth because philo basically pays for itself If I was going wriggles it's such an awkward item until you have the full 1600 and once you have philo wits end seems like the better damage choice. If wriggles wasn't so damn expensive I'd get it a lot on skarner, even if the stats were worse. You can't spam with philo or shureelyas constant, but you can still use a lot MORE mana than you would if you didn't. Especially when you know you can lower your mana without worrying about not being able to gank because you'll run oom if anything happens.

WE's lineup has remained largely intact since the last time they made an appearence (took 1st actually) at IEM Guangzhou

Wx (who played a sick Vayne if you recall) experimented briefly with top lane for a while but chose to remain as AD
Misaya still plays AP
IF (who has great synergy with Wx continues as support)
Yjtm still jungles

their previous top laner (Yms, who never did particularly well anyway) has been switched out in favour of Cm (草莓 if you know chinese). heard he was spotted/scouted out through solo queue on chinese servers.

that said, WE isn't the strongest / only strong chinese team, and it has been sometime since IEM Guangzhou so it remains to be seen if they can perform this time
