i would rarely bash people trying to cast earnestly but its just so offputting lol i dont think its a matter of smartcast, its simply very difficult to land a skillshot stun like veigar's (a very thin area of stun) with 200 ping against a character that is not cc'd in any form or sort when picking with such latency they should have taken that more into consideration | ||
