I don't think nyjacky is a straight-up "better" Veigar than jiji, they play Veigar in two very distinct and opposite styles, with nyjacky opting to forego Q farm entirely in lane for harassing and looking for a quick level 6 kill threat, whereas jiji plays the much more common farm Q and play like pussy in lane until DFG. Jiji also, interestingly enough, opts to go for a RoA after DFG.
Scarra plays a very solid Veigar that's somewhere in the midpoint between the above two. He's actually a very good Veigar imo. I don't think any of the three is cut and dry 100% better than the other two.
Loci's Veigar is extremely overrated. He only got fame for it back when literally no one played him.

I feel they should be hitting the CDR on the blue buff, not the Mana. There's so many CDR items that are completely fucking ignored because casters dont want to itemize CDR that they aren't going to use all the time - especially when you consider that the times they have blue buff are the times that they want to be looking to make powerplays.

Point is that Junglers are the ones least effected by the nerf. It´s a nerf to it´s scaling and at the point where there is a major difference ANY jungler cedes the buff to the AP.
There will most likely be tweaks to adress collateral from this but regarding junglers they´d get more mana from sigilmonsters rather than rebuff blue.

That could actually work well as a bottom lane. Orianna benefits from pretty much all of Lulu's buffs and attacks, the harass would be excellent. Mana would be an issue though.

Fiora excels at what shes suppost to do. Yes she cant carry teamfights that good because its hard to duel 5 people at once. Shes also a horrible AP carry and ranged AD, its not her role. Stop judging champions on different things that what they are in the game for.
