But this site seems like it's actually accessing Riot's servers and shit. Like, there's no way for me to see my win/loss in Normals until I actually end a game. Which is stupid. But this site has my accurate up to the date win/loss. It also adds and subtracts what looks like the appropriate amount of Elo for normal games. Was mostly why I was curious if anyone knew how accurate that site was. | ||

this thread has some clarification on how it works you need to have a normal game played in your match history in order for it to gather info about elo, which is probably why it didnt work for barbsq from what i read, i'm guessing the current rating is accurate but the top rating is an estimate, as it only sees current elo and elo change after each normal game in your match history. So the normal game "top rating" is really your top rating within your past 10 games (seems true from a few profiles i checked). | ||

Yeah i've came up to the same observations , for example sometimes i que normals with a rl buddy of mine who is 2k + elo and we always get like 2 people 2k + or 3 people 1700 +. Also this guy i played against i was sure , was a smurf(after the game) and he was only level 24. I assume he got into the same game with me because he probably got insane normal elo assuming he won most of his games ( he was playing good ) and snowballed it. Which makes me wonder at what elo does your account start. i.e if you click im a veteran or if you choose other options. And this brings me to the discussion if thats fair. When i started playing LoL ( Rumble patch ) up to level 8-10 i played only premade 5s's i bought leblanc and destroyed lvl 30's in mid. So after that 2-3 nights of que-ingwith friends i started playing solo. I strictly remember i was lvl 19 ( because i was eager to finally buy runes ) when i got matched with a guy from fnatic and i was playing vs him mid. He was urgot and i was leblanc. He had full masteries and runes and i had none. He was 3 hitting me with Q if the poison hit. At this point i was 70-25 or so in games so i assume my elo was pretty high already to be able to hit him. | ||

Didnt really mean to make it sound cocky , just describring. My main point is that its unfair to play vs people under 30 NO matter how much their hidden elo is. Obviously they have to make it this way because of que times and them stomping others ( if they are smurfs or just better players in general. The game i just played and it ended in 15mins was lvl 30 500 wins - 2274 lvl 30 852 wins - 1900 s1 1800 now lvl 30 1320 - 1800 lvl 30 940 1762 lvl 26 156 vs lvl 30 222 wins - 1763 lvl 25 90 wins lvl 30 1550 wins - 2135 ( 27-6 ) lol i guess it makes sense now but still. lvl 21 90 wins lvl 24 123 wins edit: checked their elos' and added them , how is that fair. | ||
